Such is the obsession with social media in this day and age from people of all ages, it only makes sense that businesses try to capitalise on that market. The problem, however, is working out a way to communicate with people who take selfies and watch cat videos all day. What do these people want? What do these people need? How do you work out a way to sell something to these people?
There are a number of social media courses out there that look to answer this question. The most sensible ones, however, don’t do that. Instead they teach you how to best prepare to communicate with them. Setting up regular schedules, how to phrase things and how to go about managing a social media campaign, leaving the actual engaging bit up to you. It’s then up to you to know your customers and know your audience to try and sell to them, no one can do that for you.
