The perfect CV?

This is a bone of contention with many people, probably all over the world. We are taught from a young age about the need to have a good job. That way, after all, we can provide for ourselves and any potential family we might have. So you work hard in school, get good grades, go to a good university and then onto a job. But how do you get that far? What do you need on your CV to land those top jobs?

Do you need good grades? Maybe. What about jobs while you’re a teen? Probably not. What is it that top employers are looking for? Well you’re going to need experience – but the kind that you have got yourself. You need to go out and look for things; showing initiative is absolutely crucial. Emailing companies, working off your own back and going out there looking for opportunities is impressive – and demonstrating that on your CV and in interviews is crucial.
